FAQ
-
How do I get started?
Simply choose the package that suits your needs, fill out the form and complete checkout. Once that’s submitted, I’ll begin working on your designs and reach out to you via email or telephone.
-
Do I need Canva Pro?
If your package includes Canva templates, a Canva Pro subscription may be required to access all fonts, elements, or features. You’re welcome to try them with a free Canva account, but I recommend Canva Pro for full functionality.
-
Will you use AI to make my logo?
No — your logo is not AI-generated. I may use AI-assisted tools (like those built into Adobe or Canva) for inspiration or for supporting elements, but the final design is constructed by me to reflect your brand and story.
-
What if I don’t like the design?
Each package, excuding the logo-only package, includes two rounds of revisions, so there’s plenty of room to refine the design together. You’ll be involved in the process and have the opportunity to give feedback. Extra revisions are available if needed for a small additional fee.
-
Can I ask for changes after the final files are sent?
Once you’ve approved the final design and files have been sent, any further changes would be considered a new revision and charged accordingly. If you think you’ll need ongoing tweaks, let me know and we can discuss flexible options.
-
What files will I receive?
You’ll get your final logo in commonly used formats like PNG (with transparency), JPG, and SVG or PDF depending on your needs. If your package includes Canva templates, you’ll receive a shareable Canva link and a short guide on how to use them.
-
Can I use this logo for printing or merchandise?
Yes! Your final files will be suitable for both digital and print use. If you have specific print needs (like embroidery, foil, or very large signage), just let me know in your questionnaire so I can export the right formats.
-
What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?
No problem — just send me a message and I’ll help you choose based on where you’re at with your business and what kind of visual support you need.
