Rebrand Lab – Terms of Service

By purchasing a design package or service from Rebrand Lab, you agree to the following terms. These exist to ensure clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect throughout our collaboration.

Design Ethos & Use of AI

All logos and brand identities are personally crafted by a human — not generated through automated AI logo tools. However, I may use AI-assisted features or tools (like those built into Adobe, Canva, or Photoshop) to support the creative process. This could include generating layout suggestions, enhancing visual elements, or developing supporting graphics.

These tools help with efficiency, but the final design is always personally reviewed, adjusted, and tailored to you and your brand. My goal is to deliver something thoughtful, original, and reflective of your story — not mass-produced or generic.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Once full payment has been received and final files are delivered, you will have full rights to use the final logo or branding for your business. I retain the right to display the completed work in my portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of Rebrand Lab and are not to be reused or distributed without permission.

Canva Subscription (for Social Packages)

If your selected package includes Canva templates, please note that a Canva Pro subscription may be required to access certain fonts, graphics, or features. You are responsible for managing your own Canva account access. The free version is often sufficient, but Canva Pro is recommended for the best results and editing experience.

Delivery Timeframes

I aim to deliver design packages within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your project and current workload. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. I will keep you informed of progress and communicate openly about any delays.

Work begins once I have received your completed branding questionnaire and any relevant assets or information.

File Delivery

Final files will be delivered via email. You will receive standard file formats such as PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF (as appropriate to your package), along with shareable Canva links if templates are included.

Revisions

Each package includes up to two rounds of revisions, unless stated otherwise. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your initial design. Additional rounds of revisions are available for £20 per round.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of design work, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be provided once work has begun. If you need to cancel before I have started on your project, please contact me as soon as possible. Partial refunds may be considered at my discretion.

Communication

All communication will be conducted via email. I aim to respond within 2–3 working days. Please make sure your contact details are accurate and monitored during the process, as timely replies will help keep your project on track.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for completing the post-purchase questionnaire in full, providing any requested content or references, and responding to communication in a timely manner. Delays in response may impact your estimated turnaround time.

Licensing & Commercial Use of Design Elements

Every effort is made to ensure that all fonts, graphics, and other visual elements used in your branding package are sourced from platforms that offer free or licensed commercial use. This includes elements from Adobe, Canva, and other reputable design tools.

However, Rebrand Lab cannot be held responsible for any future changes to the licensing terms of these third-party elements, or for how those changes may impact your ongoing use. It is your responsibility as the end user to review any terms if you plan to use the designs in large-scale production, resale, or third-party redistribution (e.g. on products, merchandise, or packaging).

If you have specific commercial use requirements (such as trademarking your logo or using it in mass production), please let me know at the start of the project so I can guide you accordingly.
